Julie Richards / Promise Realty made selling my house so easy for me. She took care of everything. Got a contract first day of showing. She helped me find movers so I could move into a retirement community. She made sure the sale of my house went off with out any problems. I would definitely use Julie again if I were to buy or sale another house. Call her…. You won’t be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about how great Julie Richards is. We were supposed to close on the 31st and the new house on the 1st. Problems arose where the HOA certificate and they said they couldn't close before the 6th. Julie stepped up to the plate and made sure that everybody had their paperwork and even negotiated with the movers on my behalf. The title company finally got everything they needed and we ended up closing on the 31st. If I hadn't been for Julie this would not have happened. She is really terrific. I will definitely recommend her to anybody who is going to buy a house.

Julie is an incredible real estate agent! Relocated from out of state and upon arriving to Dallas, she met with us and spent THE ENTIRE WEEKEND driving us everywhere! She has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to real estate! We couldn’t have done it without her and my husband and I will be forever thankful to her for helping us.
